EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We go to great lengths to make sure you have adequate and accurate information to help you make your purchase. However, we understand that shopping online is daunting, so please make yourself familiar with our exchange and returns policy. NOTE:  This policy is only applicable to garments. Sales of accessories (towel) and cut fabric are final and are non exchangeable and non refundable.

Firstly, to request an exchange or return, please contact Santan Studio on our Instagram (@Santan_studio) within SEVEN(7) days of receiving the item. we will provide you with a return shipping address.

We are happy to exchange, give a credit note or refund full priced goods (only garments).

Garments must be in its original/new condition. All items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered with labels and tags intact

 

Postage fees and duties incurred will not be covered by us. Unfortunately we can take no responsibility for packages lost in the mail, so please retain a copy of the tracking number.

Returned Items that do not fulfil our returns policy will be rejected.

Please allow 5 business days for us to process a refund or ship out your new item.

Defective Items

Firstly, apologies for sending out any defective, damaged items. Please send us a photo of said defects to be verified and we will get back to you. Postage fees for defective/incorrect items will be covered by us. 

All products are handmade. Slight discrepancies in given measurements are not considered to be a defect.

Minor discrepancies in colour due to lighting and phone/computer display resolution differences are not considered a defect.

 

We cannot offer refunds and exchanges for faults cause by misuse, such as not following care instructions
